Thomas Dallam, Chief People Officer, TDECU 
TDECU is the largest credit union in Houston and the 4th largest in the state of Texas.  Thomas is responsible for leading the people strategy and has over 20 years of experience in human resources.  Thomas has been in executive roles within Capital One, DFW Airport, Hilltop Holdings and First United Bank.
