Stephanie Williams Joins hrQ As Senior Managing Consultant

DENVER, CO. – Nov. 17, 2020 Stephanie Williams has joined hrQ as a Senior Managing Consultant.

Williams has been working in the fields of human capital management, organizational development and leadership development for more than 20 years. Beginning her career in the Learning & Development group at JP Morgan Chase, Williams later led the Organizational Development team at CH2M Hill (now Jacobs). She also brings deep experience in consulting, having served as a consultant at Booz Allen & Hamilton in Chicago and two boutique firms in Denver.

As senior managing consultant at hrQ, Williams will lead consulting teams and partner with clients to improve organizational effectiveness through human capital strategy, HR transformation, and organization design.

Williams holds an undergraduate degree from Wheaton College and earned a Ph.D. in organizational psychology from the University of Michigan.
