Kathy Rapp Named President of hrQ

hrQ, an award-winning professional services firm focused exclusively on the human resources profession, announced the promotion of Kathy Rapp to President of hrQ.  Kathy joined hrQ in 2007 in the role of Managing Director and successfully launched the Houston market.  In short turn, Kathy’s role expanded to oversee hrQ’s growth across all of Texas.  In the president role, Kathy will remain based in Houston with operational leadership of all hrQ markets.

Creation of the president role and Kathy’s promotion is one of many facets to hrQ’s growth plans for the next three years.  “We are incredibly fortunate to have Kathy on our team. Her customer centric approach is always front and center.  She has a thorough understanding of the human resource talent space and is the right leader to take hrQ to the next level as we continue to invest in the business” comments Molly McCoy, hrQ CEO.

hrQ will be expanding the western United States footprint under the leadership of John K. Anderson based in San Francisco, including launching operations two additional markets to be announced soon.  The company’s client base in Austin, Texas is also growing and a team will be built out there to support the growing market.
