hrQ, an award-winning professional services firm focused exclusively on the human resources profession, announced that Kim Bradney, Melissa Haid, and Kim Wende have joined as managing consultants in hrQ’s Denver, Dallas, and Houston offices, respectively.

“hrQ’s continued investment in internal talent is part of our overall growth plan. To stay a step ahead of customer demand and to continue to grow revenue at double digit percentages, we are on track to grow our team by more than thirty percent in 2015,” said CEO, Molly McCoy.

Kim Bradney brings a blend of talent acquisition and human resource leadership to hrQ.  Most recently she was the manager of recruiting for CoBank. Kim began her career as an agency recruiter for a national firm and has since progressed to deliver and manage talent acquisition strategies across F500 organizations and professional service firms.

Melissa Haid joins hrQ with more than fifteen years of search and staffing experience, most recently as the area manager with a large global firm. Melissa has an incredible talent acquisition foundation and has been working in the human resource space exclusively in 2015.

Kim Wende will contribute immediately to the Houston team with over eleven years of retained executive search experience within global firms. Prior to joining hrQ Kim was a senior associate and executive recruiter focused on the energy sector.

“hrQ continues to expand its existing locations and plans to add additional locations in the next twelve months. Kim, Melissa, and Kim will enhance our existing team as they each bring depth in search, staffing, and human resources. They will be instrumental in helping us achieve our growth targets and ensuring our client and candidate experiences remain top notch,” said Kathy Rapp, President of hrQ.
