hrQ Earns 2011 Inc. 5000 Ranking

hrQ, a national provider of human resources talent and services has been named to the 2012 Inc. 500|5000 list of fastest-growing private companies in America for the fifth time in six years.  hrQ ranked #2801 overall, and 90th in the human resources category.

“hrQ has seen impressive revenue growth over the last several years and steady growth since our inception in 1998.  We began our national expansion plan six years ago and are seeing the return on investment from the addition of new geographies and a broader client base.” says Molly McCoy, CEO of hrQ. “We’re honored to be named to the 500І5000 list again this year.”

Each year, Inc. Magazine releases its 500|5000 list, which ranks the fastest-growing, private companies in the U.S. The list results are based on the percentage of revenue growth from 2008 to 2011. To qualify, companies must be based in the United States and have minimum revenue of $100,000 in 2008 and minimum revenue of $2 million in 2011.

hrQ’s expanded client base can be attributed to the high quality of human resources professionals it provides to companies across multiple industries.  In addition to a niche executive search offering focused solely on securing human resources professionals for companies, hrQ provides flexible solutions allowing organizations to get their human resource deliverables completed, without having to own the headcount.  Interim human resources professionals and an impressive bench of human resource consultants have been embraced by hrQ’s clients as they emerge from the downturn with an increased workload, yet fewer internal resources.
