Kara Bloomberg joined the team in 2018 as the Vice President of Operations and was promoted to Chief Operating Officer in January 2019. Kara is responsible for LandrumHR’s and hrQ’s growth and operations across the business. Her role includes strategic planning, measuring progress, and improving processes to ensure a great customer experience. Kara comes from a strong background in relationship building, strategic planning, business development, benefits administration, account management, HR consulting, and human resources information systems (HRIS). As the daughter of a retired teacher and as a mother herself, Kara volunteers her time with other organizations and efforts to support and improve education.
