In addition to his key role in search execution, he is focused on the fractional executive practice for hrQ in partnership with our team of Managing Directors. Brent’s expertise is derived from a blend of corporate talent acquisition leadership and external search partner experience. He has directed a corporate Talent team while applying “Lean Staffing” methodologies to drive process improvement, consistency, efficiency, and improve the overall talent of an S&P 500 organization.
