Although HR Search Firm has become a recognized name over the 10 years we've been in business, it is not reflective of our entire mix of service offerings. As we continue to expand nationally, it is important we have a name that captures the entire essence of what we do and what we're about," says Molly McCoy, president and founder of the newly named hrQ.
In addition to the new name, hrQ has restructured and broadened their HR consulting practice. Their associate base of human resources and training consultants is expected to grow to more than 100 by the end of the year. "How we're restructuring this piece of business allows companies to have turnkey access to our national associate base of highly credentialed and best in class HR consultants. We've found that consultants prefer to spend their time engaged in the consulting projects they do best versus marketing their services. We've structured our program to align with only the most reputable consultants working as their marketing engine, but not having to pass along any additional expense to our clients," explains Molly.
During a down economy, hrQ is making lemonade out of lemons. "Many of the changes we're initiating are not economy driven, but were in process prior to the market downturn. Rather than hunkering down, we believe it's critical to stay highly visible and to continue with our expansion plan. This will also better position our company as the market rebounds.
