HR Exposed: Put Some Pants On
There are many classic quotes from the movie, "The Hangover", and one of the more PG-rated is Phil saying to Alan, "Would you please put some pants on? I feel weird having to ask you twice."

Performance Evals - Idol Style
I think most of you know I'm an American Idol junkie. I have no shame and yes, I even DVR the auditions - although I will say they've become a bit predictable. How many times can we watch people make total idiots of themselves for 20 seconds of fame? Pants on the ground. Really?!

Blog: Don’t Do Drugs - Unless You Work in HR…
Another one of my favorite movies is "Dazed and Confused" which depicts high school life in the 70's (great soundtrack too). There are classic characters and the typical alcohol and drug undertones - which made me think of corporate America and a recent Workforce Management poll. It was reported that 23% of HR pros have occasionally used a "substance" to cope with layoffs and general HR yuckiness.
