Through the Years

Prior to founding hrQ, Molly had a rewarding career in HR working in generalist roles for several high growth organizations. While holding the position of HR Director for a Fortune 500 company, she realized she had a strong desire to “own the P&L” versus supporting others P&L’s. She started a business plan and the rest is history. Molly has since lead hrQ’s national expansion strategy, receiving recognition by Inc. Magazine for three consecutive years as one of “America’s Fastest Growing Private Companies” and for nine consecutive years has been ranked on the “Top 100 Woman-Owned Companies” list by ColoradoBiz Magazine
