Katie found her passion for Human Resources by charting a diverse career course and taking an nontraditional path. She held various operational roles in a wide array of industries, and those experiences exposed her to multiple organizational models and human capital strategies. She now applies her unique perspective on business and talent management as Managing Director of hrQ in the San Francisco Bay Area.
