Since then, Leah has spent 15 years in corporate recruiting and human resources functions across multiple industries in organizations known for their progressive HR landscape. With over 25 year of experience, Tammy began her career as an operations specialist in the HR/Payroll services industry. Since then she has held various roles of increasing responsibility including Implementation Consultant, Technical Support and Business Consultant. The last eleven years Tammy led Business Development efforts for ADP focused on Fortune 500 and mid-sized organizations. With a constant pulse on her client’s business goals and changing needs, she established herself as a trusted advisor with executives in the Dallas-Fort Worth marketplace and nationally. She has the reputation of listening to her client’s needs and bringing the right solution and service to the table.
